Staff Annual Awards 2022
Mirza Al Helli and Sons BSC (Closed), held the Annual Awards for the year 2022 at Al-Dana Hall on February 9, 2023, where the CEO – Mr. Shaker Mirza Yousuf Al Helli delivered his speech by thanking the employees for their efforts during the past year. He also praised the importance of reflecting our commercial and economic involvement on the social side, as we as a company seek to adhere to our social responsibility by participating in various social programs regularly, and that the company always strives to provide impeccable services to its employees.
He concluded his speech by reminding the employees of inculcating a professional behavior by adhering to integrity, honesty, diligence, objectivity, impartiality, transparency, justice and equality in their work, and also to commit themselves towards achieving excellence individually while also performing as a team.
The Director – Mr. Ammar Mirza Yousif Al Helli opened his speech by thanking and praising all the employees of the company, especially the distinguished employees, stating “Without their efforts, the company would not have occupied a notable position at the forefront of international companies and compete with the largest brands in its field”.
The Operations Manager – Mr. Mohamed Ali Ahmed Khalaf also delivered his speech praising the management’s efforts on the development of employees and making the employee a priority. He further emphasized on the importance of teamwork in order to achieve the company’s goals.
The Annual Awards included several activities, including honoring the employees’ children for their academic achievements, honoring the employees for their long years of service in the company, and honoring the creative employee and distinguished employees for the year 2022.
In addition, there were several entertainment activities for the attendees where many received prizes for their participation. At the event, the Branch Managers of AlHelli Supermarket conducted raffle draws where many lucky employees received valuable gifts.
The event was a memorable one and we thank each and every one for their participation and involvement in making this a successful occasion.
